Marco.Travel is a software platform that provides travel advisors with pricing intelligence, rate trends, and booking insights across luxury hospitality properties. This is an early beta product and may change at any time.
Beta Disclaimer
Features may be incomplete, unstable, or contain errors. Functionality may change or be removed at any time. The platform may be suspended or discontinued without notice.
Use is at your own risk.
Data Accuracy
Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Pricing and availability are not guaranteed. You agree not to rely solely on Marco.Travel for business or booking decisions.
You are responsible for verifying all information independently.
Use of AI
Marco.Travel uses AI systems, including third-party models such as Claude. Outputs are automated and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Results are for guidance only, not authoritative advice.
Use of AI features is at your own risk.
No Affiliation
Marco.Travel is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts or any other brand.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute platform data
- Reverse engineer the platform
- Use it to build a competing product
- Disrupt or interfere with operations
We may revoke access at any time.
Intellectual Property
All platform content and technology are owned by Marco.Travel. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service.
Feedback
You grant Marco.Travel a perpetual, royalty-free right to use any feedback you provide.
User Data
You are responsible for any data you input. You must have rights to use and share that data. Do not upload sensitive personal data (financial, health, etc.).
You retain ownership of your data, but grant us the right to process it to operate the service.
Security
We use modern protections, including authenticated access and row-level security. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for your login access.
Hosting and Availability
Marco.Travel operates on evolving infrastructure and may experience downtime, latency, or changes to architecture. Availability is not guaranteed.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marco.Travel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue or missed bookings. Total liability will not exceed $100 USD.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
